Tomato:4 Coriander:cup(chopped) Onion:1 sliced Cumin seeds:1/2tsp Green chillis:2 Salt Oil Mustard seeds:1/2tsp Split gramdal:1/2tsp Curry leaves
Heat oil -1tbsp,in a nonstick pan.Add the cumin and let them brown.Add the slit green chillis and sauté them and ad onion and sauté until it becomes light brown colour.Lastly add coriander and to: 4 Coriander:cup(chopped) Onion:1 sauté for a 1 min.And keep it aside. In the same pan,add tsp of oil and the chopped tomatoes and on medium flame sauté till the rawness of tomato disappers and the water evaporates.Remove and keep it aside. Grind the sauted onions,tomatoes,salt to a paste by adding fewtbsp of water Heat oil in a pan for tempering and the mustard seeds,let them pop and add the split gram dal and curry leaves and fry till the dal turns red.and immediately add this to the grind paste.
