Jeera, oil corn seeds annar dana powder mint leaves cooked rice green chutney ksar garam masala chilli powder
heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan and add the 250 gm corn seeds. Add salt to taste and the jeera, 1 tbsp annar dana podwer and the mint leaves. Cook over a low falme for 4-5 minutes and remove from fire and keep aside. Divide the 1 large bowl cooked rice rice into 7 portions. Give each of the 5 portions of rice a different color, leaving one portion white. Mix the green chuntey(made out of coriander and mint leaves) to one portion, a few strands of kesar to the other, garam masala tot eh third, chilli powder to the forth, 1 tbsp tutti-frutti to the fifth and leave one portion white. The largest portion of the rice should be mixed with the corn. To assemble the rainbow: Arrange the portions of rice the way it looks best, placing them one beside the other with the corn rice in the middle. Or, the other way to assemble would be to place some spicy corn mixture in the centre. And place the different colored rice around it.
