1 1/2 lb tofu cut into cubes 2 onions chopped 1 garlic clove chopped 2 tomatoes chopped 1 inch ginger chopped 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tbsp cumin powder 1 tbsp masala powder 2 jalopeno peppers 1 cup water or vegetable stock salt to taste chilli powder garnish with pudina or coriander
*place the onions,garlic,ginger,tomatoes together in a pan by adding little oil and cook for 3-4 min until the onions are softened. *now add the pepper,and masala powder and fry it properly thn add water in it and simmer the flame for 5 min by closing the lid. *now add salt,cumin powder,chilli powder and mix well and now add the tofu in it and fry it for 1 min and now add the water or vegetable stock in it and cook it for 7 min by closing the lid.so the tofu will suck the gravy well. note-:u can also fry the tofu in oil before cooking it because tofu is very delicate while mixing it it may break easily so if u fry it it will break easily it forme a layer so u can do in that way also.
