toor dal-1 cup fresh methi leaves accoeding to dal green chilli-2 mustard seeds-1/2 tbsp zeera-1/2 tbsp tomato-1 chopped onion-1/2 chopped finely garlic cloves-2 finely chopped curry leaves-4-5 count salt to taste haldi powder-a pinch
*First wash the dal and boil it in cooker by adding 2 1/2 cups of water until 8 vessels. *Now take a pan add oil heat the oil and now add the mustard seeds,zeera,green chillis,chopped garlic,curry leaves and fry it.now add onions and fry them after that add tomatoes. *Now after frying the tomatoes add the methi leaves in it and fry them well other wise the dal may become bitter taste. *Now at last add the dal into it and also add salt and haldi powder accordingly and mix well and close the lid for 3 min and boil it.Then its ready to it.
